We provide a wide range of services from CREST-accredited offensive pen testing, to PCI DSS compliance and a wide spectrum of INFOSEC services such as ISO27001, GDPR and supplier assurance.

We also provide cyber security training and education for organisations including Third-Party Risk Management and Introduction to Penetration Testing.

While we provide an important range of IT security and compliance services, we are at our best when we are embedded with our clients as their managed security partner.

Bobbie is our Chairman, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience building and growing businesses across technology and cyber security. He brings a clear vision for Omni’s growth in the industry, shaped by hands-on leadership and a long-term approach to building strong, sustainable organisations.

Stu is our CEO, leading the business with a clear focus on long-term value for customers, partners, and people. He is passionate about building organisations that take the long view. Enabling bold ideas, sustainable growth, and investment in great people so ambitious projects can thrive.

Anish is our Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for driving sustainable growth across the business while delivering real value for customers. He works closely with the sales team and customers to understand their needs, shape the right services, and build strong, long-term relationships.

Louie is a Red Team and security testing expert with over a decade of experience. He leads the offensive security team, ensuring the quality and evolution of our testing services. Passionate about staying current with emerging attack techniques, Louie helps keep our services and team sharp.

Lisa is our Operations Manager, where organisation is second nature and spreadsheets are a source of joy rather than fear. She plays a central role in keeping everything running smoothly, from organising projects and managing schedules to overseeing financial performance and digital transformation.

Amait is Head of Cyber Essentials, leading the Cyber Essentials audit team and working closely with IASME to uphold the standard. With expertise in Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001, he drives effective Cyber Security strategies and supports clients as a vCISO, embedding strong information security practices across organisations.

Millie leads the Marketing team, setting the strategic direction for marketing growth based on customer insight and market trends. She enjoys getting to know customers, spotting opportunities, and working collaboratively to align marketing goals with the wider business, while overseeing the digital marketing mix to deliver long-term brand growth.

Warren is a Lead Penetration Tester specialising in red teaming and adversary emulation. He leads one of the red teams, helping organisations better understand real-world security risks through hands-on attack simulations. Warren is driven by technical challenges and takes particular satisfaction in finding creative ways to bypass modern security controls.

Jack is a Lead Penetration Tester with a broad role spanning engagement scoping, sales support, quality assurance, and line management. He remains hands-on across testing and particularly enjoys Red Team and social engineering work, using realistic scenarios to help organisations uncover and address genuine security weaknesses.

Rinay supports clients in achieving Cyber Essentials Self-Assessment and Plus certification. He enjoys helping organisations strengthen their security posture. He works closely with people-first teams and plays a part in building a positive, organisation-wide security culture, while valuing the flexibility of working from home.

Chris is a Penetration Tester, working across mobile and web applications, social engineering, and internal network assessments. He has a particular interest in mobile security and social engineering and enjoys uncovering vulnerabilities through realistic attack simulations. Chris values a collaborative environment and is motivated by the constant learning.

Alex is a Senior Information Security Consultant specialising in Governance, Risk, and Compliance. He works closely with clients to understand their security posture and achieve compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and GDPR. Alex is motivated by continuous learning and professional development.

Jack is a Penetration Tester working across network, web application, API, and social engineering engagements. He supports the full testing process, from scoping and hands-on testing to clear reporting for clients. Jack enjoys staying up to date with modern attack techniques and helping organisations strengthen their security.

Jacob is a Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus Assessor who helps businesses achieve and maintain compliance. He has a strong understanding of the certification process and works closely with our customers to guide them through each stage, building trusted relationships that support ongoing compliance and best practice for the long term.

Mohika is an experienced Security Consultant and Penetration Tester with a clear, practical approach to security testing. She helps organisations understand real-world risks through hands-on testing, drawing on her experience in penetration testing, incident response, and purple teaming.

Eve works across a range of cyber security services, including Cyber Essentials, phishing simulations, penetration testing, and service development. She is passionate about cyber security and enjoys supporting practical services that help organisations improve their security and resilience.

Gurnak is part of the Cyber Essentials team. He works closely with clients to clearly explain certification requirements and guide them through the process to achieve compliance. Gurnak enjoys helping organisations become more cyber secure and values the supportive, collaborative team he works alongside.

Arlyn is a penetration tester who enjoys tackling complex customer challenges across a wide range of engagements. He is motivated by understanding real-world risks and helping organisations address them through practical, hands-on testing. Arlyn values continuous learning to keep his skills sharp.

Sam is a Penetration Tester who works closely with organisations to help them understand and improve their security. He identifies vulnerabilities and delivers clear, practical reports that customers can act on. Sam enjoys developing custom tooling to solve unique security challenges for clients.

Kyle is a Penetration Tester, working across external, internal, and web environments to help organisations better understand real-world security risks. He enjoys engaging with clients, delivering clear and practical findings, and being part of a team that takes pride in high technical standards and continual improvement.

Sam is a Senior Solutions Manager who builds trusted relationships with our clients. He advises on cost-effective security measures that strengthen security posture and reduce breach risk, always acting with integrity. Lucy supports the marketing strategy across the digital mix, with a strong focus on content creation. She creates customer-focused content that helps educate audiences and supports best practice. Ed is a Senior Solutions Manager, focused on supporting clients with their Cyber Security needs and helping them achieve their security goals. Rachel works in the Operations team, coordinating projects to ensure customer work runs smoothly and stays on track. She supports revenue allocation, profitability, and accurate CRM tracking, helping remove delivery challenges so customers experience a clear, well-organised service from start to finish.

Brian is a Solutions Manager who works closely with customers to understand their challenges and ensure they get the right support day to day. He looks after existing relationships while helping new organisations get started. Brian loves helping customers solve real problems and move forward with confidence.

Alex is our Operations Coordinator, bringing his passion for Project and Event Management to our rapidly growing organisation. He plays a key role ensuring that a client’s experience with us is smooth and responsive. He enjoys the dynamism that comes with the wide variety of industries we work with and range of services we offer.

Yasser is an AI Advisor, supporting leadership on AI strategy and the application of machine learning across Cyber Security and risk services. He brings a strong background in applied AI and explainable systems, focused on making advanced AI useful in real-world settings.

Richard is a Penetration Tester, delivering security assessments and red team engagements to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen clients’ security. He enjoys the collaborative environment, high standards of work, and the opportunity to develop his skills while tackling challenging security projects.

Joel is a Junior Penetration Tester delivering high-quality penetration testing with a strong focus on clear, actionable client reporting. Joel values the trust placed in him to deliver client engagements, and is excited to continue progressing his career in the Cyber Security industry.

Nish has over 14 years’ experience strengthening governance, risk, compliance, and operational resilience. He specialises in ISO 27001, NIST CSF, DORA, NIS2, and GDPR, delivering cyber maturity assessments, security frameworks, and third-party risk programmes. Nish works closely with executive leadership to translate complex requirements into measurable outcomes.

Ondrej is a Junior Cyber Essentials Assessor who supports organisations in achieving Cyber Essentials certification. He gathers evidence, provides clear feedback, and guides clients through the assessment process to help them meet essential Cyber Security standards.

Jen supports the marketing strategy across the digital mix, with a strong focus on content creation and campaign delivery. She develops clear, customer-focused content that helps organisations understand cyber security risks and best practice. Jen enjoys keeping up with developments across the landscape to ensure marketing activity remains relevant and valuable.

Ahren is a Penetration Tester within the Red Team and a returning member of OmniCyber. He delivers security assessments that help organisations understand and reduce real-world risk. He was drawn back by the company’s “get it done” culture, where problems can be quickly turned into practical solutions. Alongside client engagements, Ahren also contributes to the development of WRAITH.

Daniel is a Penetration Tester at The Omni Group, delivering security assessments and scoping engagements across a range of environments. With a background in sysadmin and web development, he specialises in web application testing, focusing on injection vulnerabilities, bypass techniques, and exploit chaining. He approaches security with a developer’s mindset, identifying how code can fail and helping clients remediate.
